Would stay again and recommend to others Positive: Awesome - really well done - nice to see a Reno on an old building done to a very high standard rather than just a lick of paint and cheap laminate Negative: Carpet on the stairs to the rooms needs to be replaced - doesn’t reflect the high standard of the rooms

If you haven’t already stayed there it is a fantastic place to stay so comfortable and having the pub underneath was not Positive: The room was amazing and so different from other hotel rooms. Negative: Nothing

Excellent as usual Positive: Rooms like new. Nicely furnished. Comfortable beds. Cool staff downstairs & great food. Negative: Nit picking here, showers take a bit to get going & could have higher pressure but they're quite decent.

Comfortable, modern accommodations in a historic downtown hotel. Positive: Nicely renovated room with a great set up whereby the bathroom was between the two queen beds creating some privacy and a bit of a noise barrier. Air conditioning was very effective! Negative: As this was a historical building we recognized that the windows would be small. Such a shame as the views were spectacular. I just wish there was a lobby, common space or deck where hotel guests could relax. There is a pub below, but it wasn’t really comfortable and didn’t open until noon.

A great comfortable hotel that satisfied all our needs. Positive: The location is spot on - short stroll to everything. Staff were so helpful and flexible ! Negative: The shower varied in temperature.
